1. Procurement of Raw Materials

Source: Raw materials for S K Conveyors, S K Auto Products, and Sparkz Fusion are sourced only from established, reputable manufacturers and dealers to ensure the highest quality.

2. Inspection of Raw Materials & Acceptability

Method of Inspection:

100% Visual & Dimensional checks (Random sampling for bulk quantities).

Laboratory Testing: External chemical and mechanical tests.

Reference Documents: Purchase Orders & Technical Specifications.

Acceptance Criteria:

Laboratory test reports and visual inspections.

Inspection Records: Material Test Certificates (MTC) from suppliers and internal test reports.

3. Inspection of Spare Parts & Acceptability

4. Production & On-Line Inspection

Production Process:

All manufacturing processes at S K Conveyors, S K Auto Products, and Sparkz Fusion are conducted in strict accordance with approved drawings, tolerance charts, and samples provided by the customer.

Stage Inspection:

Components undergo stage-wise inspections to ensure that all dimensions comply with relevant standards.

5. Assembly & Testing

Process:

Post-production, components are transferred to the assembly yard for welding and further assembly at S K Auto Products, S K Conveyors, and Sparkz Fusion. Testing is conducted as needed, with heat treatment outsourced to specialized facilities.

6. Outgoing Inspection

Final Check:

After production, items are inspected by the production supervisor and the Quality Control In-charge at S K Groups before dispatch. If pre-dispatch inspection is required, materials are dispatched only after obtaining customer clearance or an inspection certificate.
